Autism Jumpstart – Return and Refund Policy

Autism Jumpstart provides digital continuing education units (CEUs), courses, and resources for professionals and caregivers. Because our products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, they are considered final sale.

1. Digital Products and Services

  • All purchases of CEUs, online courses, and downloadable content are non-refundable once the order is processed.

  • Access is granted electronically at the time of purchase, and delivery is considered complete once the confirmation email and/or course access is issued.

2. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

  • If you believe you were charged more than once for the same product, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [support@autismjumpstart.com]. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Access Issues

  • If you experience technical problems accessing your digital product, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  • In rare cases where the product cannot be delivered due to a system error on our end, a full refund may be issued.

4. Unauthorized Transactions

  • If you did not authorize a purchase, please contact us immediately. We may request verification details to confirm the claim. Unauthorized transactions should also be reported directly to your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting Autism Jumpstart may result in termination of access to all current and future courses.

  • We take fraud seriously and cooperate with financial institutions during investigations. Evidence of delivery and access will be provided in all disputes.
