Autism Jumpstart – Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: April 12, 2023
1. Digital CEU and Course Purchases

All purchases of continuing education units (CEUs), courses, and downloadable materials are final sale.

Because digital access is granted immediately, cancellations are not permitted once payment is processed.
2. Subscriptions or Bundled Access (if applicable)

If Autism Jumpstart offers subscription plans or bundled purchase options, customers may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

Cancellations must be submitted through your account settings or by contacting support@autismjumpstart.com at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods already paid.
3. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same course or subscription more than once, notify us within 7 days of purchase. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation by Autism Jumpstart

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend access to any purchase option if fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive activity is detected.

In such cases, no refund will be issued.
