Autism Jumpstart – Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 12, 2023

1. Digital CEU and Course Purchases

  • All purchases of continuing education units (CEUs), courses, and downloadable materials are final sale.

  • Because digital access is granted immediately, cancellations are not permitted once payment is processed.


2. Subscriptions or Bundled Access (if applicable)

  • If Autism Jumpstart offers subscription plans or bundled purchase options, customers may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations must be submitted through your account settings or by contacting support@autismjumpstart.com at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

  • No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods already paid.


3. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

  • If you accidentally purchase the same course or subscription more than once, notify us within 7 days of purchase. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method.


4. Cancellation by Autism Jumpstart

  • We reserve the right to cancel or suspend access to any purchase option if fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive activity is detected.

  • In such cases, no refund will be issued.
