Autism Jumpstart – Shipping Policy

1. Digital Products

  • Autism Jumpstart primarily offers digital products (continuing education units, online courses, and downloadable content).

  • No physical shipping is required for these products.

  • Access is delivered electronically at the time of purchase through a confirmation email and/or access link.

  • Delivery is considered complete once the confirmation email is sent and access is granted.


2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

In the event Autism Jumpstart offers physical products (e.g., books, printed materials, or merchandise):

  • Orders will be processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Shipping times vary by carrier and location, but typical delivery is 5–7 business days within the United States.

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Digital products have no shipping costs.

  • For physical products, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


4. International Shipping

  • Digital products are available worldwide.

  • If physical products become available, international shipping options and costs will be provided at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination.


5. Non-Delivery

  • For digital products: If you do not receive your confirmation email within 1 hour of purchase, please check your spam folder. If it is still missing, contact us at support@autismjumpstart.com for assistance.

  • For physical products: If your package does not arrive within 14 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us with your order number so we can assist.
