  • By purchasing, you confirm the information you provide (name, email, billing details) is accurate and belongs to you.

2. Digital Products and Services

  • Autism Jumpstart provides CEU courses, training, and downloadable content for educational purposes.

  • All products are delivered digitally. Delivery is considered complete when a confirmation email or access link is issued.

  • Access to CEU materials may be time-limited as described at purchase.

3. Payment and Billing

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the time of purchase.

  • Any taxes, fees, or processing charges applicable in your jurisdiction are your responsibility.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • All sales of digital products are final (see our Return and Refund Policy).

  • Duplicate charges or delivery errors on our part will be refunded upon verification.

5. Account and Access

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials.

  • Sharing or distributing course materials without permission is prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Autism Jumpstart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product in dispute.

10. Chargebacks and Fraud

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting Autism Jumpstart first may result in suspension of your access.

  • We will submit fulfillment, confirmation, and fraud investigation evidence to financial institutions in all disputes.

11. Changes to Terms

  • Autism Jumpstart may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date.”
